By using any Sevra-powered booking page or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to guests making reservations through Sevra.
Sevra provides reservation management technology on behalf of participating restaurants. When you make a reservation, you are entering into an agreement with the restaurant directly. Sevra is the technology intermediary facilitating that booking.
Restaurants may have their own cancellation policies, no-show fees, and reservation requirements. These will be disclosed to you during the booking process and form part of your agreement with the restaurant.
By providing your phone number and completing a reservation, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your booking. These may include confirmations, updates, and cancellation notices sent on behalf of the restaurant.
Message frequency depends on your reservation activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
To opt out of SMS, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. Opting out will not cancel your reservation.
Some restaurants require a credit card to secure a reservation. By providing payment information, you authorize the restaurant to charge a no-show or late cancellation fee if applicable, as disclosed during booking.
Card information is processed securely through Stripe. Sevra does not store full card numbers.
You agree to provide accurate information when making a reservation. Providing false contact details, repeated no-shows, or abusive behavior toward restaurant staff may result in removal from the platform at the restaurant's discretion.
Sevra provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for a restaurant's failure to honour a reservation, changes to restaurant operations, or any damages arising from your visit to a participating restaurant.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sevra's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to make the reservation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
